apple cut open

It’s a valid question, thanks to farmers in the U.S. who have found a way to keep apples from ‘browning’ for up to 8 days!! The whole thing makes me…uneasy! NATURE decided that apples are supposed to go brown, after being exposed to the air! Are we suggesting we know BETTER than NATURE!? Wow…Your thoughts? Would you eat (or give your CHILDREN to eat) an apple genetically modified to not go brown?
