More Heartache in Leaf Land.

Turns out as the balls dropped…Toronto had the best shot at drafting Connor McDavid.

He even wore Leafs blue for crying out loud.  Connor McDavid is going to Edmonton but as it turns out, as the balls fell in the draft lottery Saturday, things almost broke Toronto’s way.  Sportsnet’s Mike Johnston on the news that will drive Leaf fans crazy:  we came this close.
