Good mental health isn’t about being happy all the time. In fact, it’s about the full range of human emotions.  Allowing ourselves to recognize, express and deal with our emotions (the ones we like…and the ones we don’t), is important for our mental health!

Our friend Serena Ryder has been on a journey through her own mental health and it was that journey that she turned into her new album, “The Art of Falling Apart”.  Serena connected with Adele from CHYM 96.7 in Kitchener to have a real conversation about all of it.
