Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation, Checks In At #1

Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation proved what we already knew…it would be #1 at the box office this weekend – and it was!

Coming in with $46.4 Million to beat out Dwayne Johnson‘s ‘Skyscraper‘, which came in second place with $40.4 Million.

Variety.com said: “Sony’s animated three-quel surpassed “Skyscraper” at the domestic box office as well. It debuted with $44 million in North America for a global start of $100 million (including Amazon Prime showings)”
