Kate Hudson Reveals Her 2 Habits for Being Healthy Kate Hudson has reached an epiphany in her fitness journey.  The 44-year-old actor visited TODAY and says that two simple habits have helped her crack the health code.  According to Kate, she’s found that strength training and eating more protein while regularly using a food tracker are the second habits that have helped her through the years.  Kate suggests exercising the glutes and hips, planks, squats, and lunges, and when it comes to getting your protein, make sure to get your fill at breakfast.
