Foodie podcaster Dan Pashman has spent the last 3 years researching & developing what he says might be the “perfect” pasta noodle!

Dan had three criteria in mind for the creation of the perfect pasta:

1, How easy it is to get it on your fork.

2. How well it holds sauce.

3. How satisfying it is when you bite into it.

And he says this was the best noodle for all three. It’s called cascatelli, which means “waterfall” in Italian. It sort of shaped like a hollow 3D rainbow.
