What’s a Warm Line?

Unlike a hotline for those in immediate crisis, warm lines provide early intervention with emotional support that can prevent a crisis. Like preventing a simmering teapot from boiling over.

If you’re feeling lonely? Distressed? Isolated?

If you’ve have a bad day and need someone to talk to?

You can chat online, text or call a Warm Line peer support worker.

The Warm Line is available every night 8pm-midnight.

Text 647-557-5882

Call 416-960-WARM (9276)

Warm Line is confidential & anonymous

It is not a crisis line.

If you are in crisis, you should contact your local crisis support line, or 911.

Their website is www.warmline.ca
