It’s a trick to get your kids to eat their greens and (thank goodness) you don’t have to chop up vegetables really small and hide them in other foods -that’s just too much work! All you have to do is…JAZZ UP THE NAME a little bit.  In a study, kids ate more corn when it was described as “rich, buttery, roasted, sweet corn,” as oppose to just “corn.” So get creative with those veggie names!
