The U.K. considers exercise-based food labeling.

You’re thinking…pizza.  Yeah.  That slice of gooey cheesey-good pizza right there. For lunch.  Yum!  Then…WHAT?  43 minutes of jogging?  I’ll have to jog 43 minutes…to work off that one piece of ‘za?  If officials in the U.K. have their way, this will be the new reality: knowing exactly how much exercise you would have to do to work off the calories in the food you choose to eat.  It’s an interesting idea, but not everyone in the diet and exercise community is in favour.  CityNews has the story!

Would labeling like this influence your eating habits?
