A deadly earthquake rattles a city the size of Toronto.

Some dramatic pictures and video are starting to come out of Taiwan, scene of a devastating earthquake yesterday.  Entire buildings have toppled over; at last report there were 11 dead.   BBC News has the latest on the tragedy.
